The Journey....

Today....we wrapped up loose ends in Lancaster.

The guys took stuff to the dump.

The girls....had pedicures.  We did!

And while things were taking longer than we thought, we played.

Hitchen' things up....

We left Lancaster much later in the day than planned,  traveling just a few hours. We drove through lush green Lancaster County farmland, passing through Derek's childhood farm, land, home, and childhood memories.  We totally enjoyed hearing his stories as he drove
the first leg of our journey.....   :-)

We are in a gorgeous campsite in French Creek, PA.

Kai thinks French Creek is a very FANCY name.

Lessons for the day ~~
It is important to enjoy the moments..... the journey...
Don't be in a hurry, things always take a lot longer than you think....

PS....
Our Lancaster church home ~ we couldn't describe you better, real people, real life, real God!  Such a blessed spot to camp on our last night in Lancaster, PA!  (We love you!)
